I'm a former Correctional Officer. What I learned was that most of those incarcerated are in need of more help and preparation for life on the outside than they were getting. Many released are soon returned to prison for the same basic reason they ended up there in the first place. The correctional system has become more of a warehouse than a place to rehabilitate the prison population.  Bro. Tony Burse
